I found a question to ask that hasn't been asked! I would like to know about The legal status of mods developed by us, evaluated and distributed by you guys. Do they then become property of stardock? A simple clarification of the terms for the modding community would be darn helpful.
Quoting landisaurus, reply 24in 1 to 30 days you won't... because the funds were never actually removed from your account. You'll see it as a "pending" transaction, and while most banks lower the balance to reflect any "pending" deductions, it will not/cannot over draft as a result because the money is never removed. It stays pending for however long the bank leaves those in pending state (no longer than 30 days) then it

But seriously, metal butt-plate (and not sitting on the sharpest parts) would fix the pointy bits I hope. Reduced 89%Original 640 x 480 see, totally works.
That's awesome.

The money is returned after 1 to 30 days depending on the banks policy, unless of course the merchant clears the charge i.e. Stardock release the game tomorrow and charges for it.
Or perhaps he just went out and bought some damned beers. I Can't imagine that he didn't spend any of his other money in the last 2 days.

Wow, that line is either comedic genius, or the result of sleep deprevation, and I can't tell which. Just in case, it's rocket scientist, and cactus grow all over the place, we've got prickly pears in our frigging yard, even in this drought we still measure yearly rain in the inches. If I recall correctly, the "rocket sur

You get all kinds of promises and perks promised and blah blah and in the end you end up waiting on them to do something they promised months ago. What a nice excuse using Demigod as a reason for the setback and you all still waiting to

Nothing but forum rules and common sense prevents you from posting every five minutes saying "getdate(); (gettime();+5)" Well allowing massive repeated guessing effectively takes away the victory from an individual which has guessed once who would have guessed closer to the actual release date. With allowing only on

This thread is WAY off-topic now ;) and I'm going to continue it. My girlfriend and I shared a cat in High School (Yes I had a live-in girlfriend in high school, I'm that awesome). And it had too many digits on its paws. They were functional so she just had bigger paws. But she had a litter of kittens and THOSE cats had an entire EXTRA PAW on each limb, and they were functional, too! If you take your hands and put them together at the wrists, it'

UI is the Achilles' heel of a lot of open source stuff -- the last time I tried to use Blender I came away wanting to put a fork in my eye. Why they don't try to emulate the UIs of commercial packages that have spent many years and many dollars polishing their products, I'll never k

I hate hate hate hate that I'm now paying full price for what can only be considered a "portion" of the game that was intended originally. I know companies are holding out content from the original releases just to make us pay to get what would be considered the completed game. If you're keeping part of the game out, deduct that portion from the original cost.

I'm going to speak generally instead of elemental specific to these sorts of tasks. I'm going to call them tasks because that's what they always feel like to me. These tasks need to be enjoyable. Don't make me Knock Glass Joe down three times in the fight and then lose by decision.. that's dumb.

Am I the only person who has never liked achievements? I thought they were a dumb idea when they first started appearing. I always felt the goals of a game should be part of the game, not some artificial list of tasks.. Other than the fun kind like in Golden Eye and Smash brothers where they don't really mean anything, they're just statements about how you did.

I'd really like to see multiple winning conditions we've never seen before where even the weakest player can win if he/she discovers or casts the ultimate whatchamacallit. Really tired of t
Quoting Scoutdog, reply 25I've heard conflicting info about exactly how combat is supposed to work. I'm not entirely sure ifn the devs know themselves! In any case, my understanding is that CTB is a little like chess: one guy from your side moves, then one guy from the other side moves, then you can move another guy, and so on. Isn't that just... regular turn-based combat? I mean, that's exactly like the combat in HoMM V and King's B
