Maybe try clicking and windowed mode and changing it back.

really I was just messing around with the Anti Aliasing and such. Just changed levels and then restarted app. I had before it started working deleted and re-install, but it was not working after that as well. Then I messed with the settings it had and then on the next restart of the game, all the video settings appeared.

And now it is working. SLightly changed the video settings for Anti Aliasing and now after restarting game, full resolution options appeared.

Same issue here, after full install max resolution is 1024X768. No other video settings options.
