Premade A pre-arranged group of people who will do an activity together. Often used in MMORPG's "Hey, are you in a premade (group)"
I.e. If I'm on the heavly favored team I will sometimes abort the game..and likewise..if I'm on the heavily unfavored team to lose..I will abort on occasionly.
thats just bad hosting. some people want to finish the game, even if they are losing because they might actually learn something new.
If they deceive other players and enjoy bashing beginners.
imo, that is out of anyones control, you cant really fix that.
The definition of what a pre-made team is
premades are a pre-arranged group of people who do activities together. e.g. the team is "made" before a game starts.
I am against naming your games "NO PREMADES" when you yourself are in a pre-made team!!
fair enough. just
Go play singleplayer if you don't want any teamwork or challenge.
this. its threads like these that keep groups of new players away. because this community believes "omg ur playing with your friends, you cant do that!" which is STUPID, because it is a multiplayer based game.
can we get over this premades crap, YOU BOUGHT THIS GAME KNOWING THAT IT IS A MULTIPLAYER GAME. so of course there are going to be premades/friends playing together. for all those against premades STFU please, you are ruining the multiplayer aspect of this game. how is a new group of friends who like to play with each other regularly going to enjoy this game when they get outcasted by their own community for playing with their friends? our own community is actually rui
Haha, totally awesome how you make verbal harrasment seem like "a part" of the game.
well, how isnt it a part of dota?
You know beating your children is outlawed in most countries yeah?
totally irrelevant.
You definetly should have shouted at them calling them idiots and retards, I bet that would have made them sooo much better at Demigod.
this is not how i play. even playing dota i dont do this.<
the community had played DotA for so long that they know the game inside and outside backwards sideways up and down, but anyone new *doesn't* know these things and needs to tackle the learning curve... and the way to do this is by playing the game. But the community actively fights aaginst people playing the game to learn these things.
ive been through the dota learning curve, its not hard. what you misunderstand is that the abuse is a wake up call, it tells you
Well if more people helped the noobs instead of flamming them then the player skill base would probably get better
i do.
and you dont need to play every hero to be good
wrong sorry.
A community that epxects you, from day one, to memorize 60-90 heroes, what they do, recipes, what strategy works for each of those individual heros, and be 100% competent from the getgo while being downright hostile and unhelpful even to their own teammates is not a community I'd like to take part in.
this is why the overall skill level of demigods community is so low, you arent expected to know anything in this game. the overall skill level for this game is so
regulus is just a boring hero to play. just like UB.
Now just for fun:
haha. modding could really make this game awesome :)
just change the game settings. tower strength on high works fine. have u tried it yet?
even the playing field regardless of skill level.
i dont understand why people want the game to be even easier for new players. this game is easy enough for its genre.
if you want a competitive game which is challenging/fast/lots of killing, and alot more team related play, play HoN. if you want flashy graphics and non-competitive games play Demigod.
This shouldn't be an option, it should be the default.
QFT.
yea you know me. ill have a beta key. btw, its good to see you leave :)
Against a pro team tower farms will not work.
thats why you invest only 1 point in it and use it for teleporting. im actually surprised people dont at least get 1 level of structural transfer, it is useful if you know what you are doing.
IMO, the problem is that it's hard to see what GPG is doing. Gameplay changing typos that have been in since Beta are still there; as far as the players know, GPG is just plain slow.
WTB a WoW style PTR patch notes, so we can see what GPG are working on :)
Towers need a significant boost during late game.
no they dont, your skills do. there is nothing wrong with towers in this game.
well. the OP just got pwnt.
what do you think about changing it so that custom games no longer count wins and losses – only Pantheon/Skirmish games would.
this is good imo. then we can start practising new strategies without effecting our wins/losses.
the game with very little strategy, low variation between maps, lots of utterly useless items, very bad support from the developers, no dynamic features on any of the maps, bad balancing, a community with a complete aversion to teamwork and to top it off a community with a very bad average skill-level
QFT.
if your going dps sedna, try this 1.heal 2.inner grace 3.pounce 4.pounce 5.inner grace 6.healing wind 7.pounce 8.inner grace 9.healing wind 10.pounce 11.counter healing 12.heal 13 --> 20 do what you want, but definately invest a point into silence, i would suggest leveling it earlier(as soon as you get both plenor and vlemish) items: priests, seige units, plenor and vlemi
Rook is not a solo'ing demigod
wrong.
