Games fails to load after intro video in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Hi, When I start the game via stream or directly, the intro video plays and then the game simply crashes out. If I completely remove the game and then re-install it , then it sometimes works, but I tend to have to do this a few times to get a working version. Then obviously when I exit.. I have to go through it all again - what a pain. The debug.err file is indicating a problem with a font file - though this may be a false negative - Consolas.ttf.
