You were right! I was running Deskscapes 11.5 Beta but somehow I had deleted the Dreams that were included when I bought it. I uninstalled and reinstalled Deskcapes and there it was. So my purchase of the Dream yesterday was entirely unnecessary.
I have had Deskscapes activated for years.
This particular Dream is from Stardock Designs and asks me for a serial number before I can install it into Deskscapes. It also asks for my Stardock account email and password. It won't let me install the Dream without a serial number.
My order number was. Edited by Moderator. Please don't reveal order numbers on public forums.
I just bought the Deskscapes theme “Drips” for $2.99. I received the download link within seconds BUT no serial number. I tried looking it up in my Stardock account but it just isn’t there. There is a record of my purchase but no serial number. Why wasn’t the serial number sent to me in the receipt email? Why is it so difficult to get any help on this

This is really sad news. I have been a lurker on this site for years now and I have ALWAYS appreciated and greatly enjoyed the skins created by all of these talented people. Your skins have always been my favorites. I am nobody but I will miss seeing your creations. Please don't ever believe that you are not appreciated.

I had that problem and it turned out to be a codec issue. Make sure you have the latest codecs installed.
Installed beta 2 right over the first beta Deskscapes 10 and it is working just fine. No problems at all so far!
Maybe this is a dumb question BUT here goes anyway! Is it necessary to purge/deactivate before installing this second beta version or can this update be run on top of the first beta?

Am I the only one having a problem with Deskscapes 10 beta freezing when using the random background option? Have a brand new computer running Windows 10 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 video card. Starts fine and works for about 10 minutes before freezing and the only way to get it going again is to reboot.
Thanks for the info and thanks for the beautiful Dreams you post. You are a real artist in that area and I and my Computer's background would like to tell you how much we appreciate your work.
Would really like to see some updates for Deskscapes. I use that more than any of the other pieces of skinning software (except Start 10).

The recent Trump Dream posted is a blatantly political statement that should not have been posted on this site. Would the moderators have passed a dream telling the truth about this con man politician? This should not have been allowed. I have been a customer of Stardock since 2002 but I will cancel all subscriptions to this site and will not buy any Stardock software until this is removed. Take the propaganda off your site!
I posted a ticket about this on 8/13/2016 but have received no reply as of today. Had a problem when upgrading to newest version of Win10 and had to do a fresh install. Had no problem downloading my Stardock software and reinstalling except for ObjectDock. When I try either way to register it tells me that the software is activated on another machine. It says to press continue button to deactivate on that machine and activate on this one. PROBLEM - there is no "continue" button to be found AN
yeah - Rainmeter is set to lowest Z - order (desktop) - tried all kinds of adjustments on Rainmeter - no matter what it is above Fences - probably just can't be done - incidentally it is the same way with Rainlender calendar - Fences is always underneath - went back to using Object Dock which I also really like although it appears to have been abandoned as far as updates.
I am using Fences 3.1 for the first time. I am going to ask what is probably a dumb question. I want to put rolled-up category Fences (Utilities, Browsers, Music, Videos, etc.) along the top of my desktop so that the menu unrolls when I put my cursor over the title. This is my problem - I use the great Rainmeter theme "Glasses" by Vstyler and that takes up a great deal of my screen space. When I unroll the fences they come up behind this theme and makes them unreadable. Is there any easy way
