My recommendation is to get good advice from TomsHardware.com and any forums you can find related to what you want and then build your own. Be careful with the cases. Disclaimer: I don't wish to be a wet blanket and I am looking forward to this game as much as the rest of you. Wait a couple weeks/months check Green Man/Amazon/Steam and it will be on sale for 1/2 price or less. And you will have the benefit of the reviews to help you make an informed decision. I played my second time yesterday. SOA2 on ICO of course. This time teamed up (with the same guy who broke me into little pieces) against the Borg. I lasted longer than a few minutes so it was fun. And you are right. Players need to consider relative skill level or it's no fun for anybody, unless you are secretly sadistic or masochistic.
