I have six kids (4G, 2B), so I can tell you they'll be sick more often then you are, but you'll be sick more often then you're used to. But I think they're worth it.

I am probably what you would call a purist. Ive read the books at least six or seven times (and I'm going to read them again). I've been to see it twice already and could see it a third time with little encouragement. Very well done, as true to the story and the feel of the books as anything I could have hoped for.

While many religions have much to be ashamed of regarding persecution of others, the fact remains, the worst atrocities ever inflicted by man against his fellow man have been perpetrated by atheistic societies against their own citizens. The excuse that religion is the cause of all the worlds wars/misery is not sustainable.
