Oh that's too bad. I had switched to Curtains so I didn't lose the dark mode I need for my eyes. While some blinds have a dark mode They don't really emulate Windows' dark mode that well. In some cases, text on the dark background becomes unreadable to me.

Is it possible for a Windowblind theme to emulate Curtains? That is, leave my choice for dark mode alone but skin other parts of the UI.
Seems to be stable now. Thanks!

I have a problem with the Start 2 menu not honoring my choice to be centered. I was hoping the latest update would fix the issue. I'm using Windows 11 24H2. I had a temporary fix by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, removing the old settings during the uninstall. If I did not choose to remove the settings the un/.re did nothing, However, the problem returned after a short while. It's a pain to remove the settings and have to manually restore them.
The last bit about a spoofed google.com is complete bollocks. If I search at bing.com for google it returns a link to the actual google.com webpage, not a bing page masquerading as such.
I must be blind. I can't find a video on that page.
Interesting! Nexus Ultimate launcher has also lost the right-click option to add, remove or change icons. A reboot fixed my problem. I'm also able to use right-click on the taskbar.
How would you move icons if they execute on a single click?
Thanks. I believe MS is at fault because the function is essentially lost on Nexus as well. [quote who="basj" reply="78" id="3934469"] Quoting gevansmd, reply 76 Does the new version allow for a dock that displays the system tray icons? I don't see that option. </div

Here is the same issue I reported in 2020: Windows Blinds not unblurring the desktop after applying a new blind » Forum Post by gevansmd (wincustomize.com)
I installed Fences 5 after reporting the issue. It happened using Fences 4 as well. Here's another detail. After applying the WB blind the desktop image unblurs for a second before blurring again for good.
Thank you. This is actually an old problem I first saw a few years ago. It was part of the reason I switched to Curtains.
I'm on Windows 11. Yes, I'm running Fences 5, Start 11 v2 and Groupy.
Christmas Holidays v.2 WB and 4K Autumn Evening dream. Once the problem occurs it happens at every WB change thereafter. Explorer crashes and restarts by itself and then the blur is gone.

I haven't used WB in a while but since Windows 11 does not support Curtains I'd thought I'd return to using it. I downloaded the lastest and an old error has popped up again. After applying a WB theme, the dream desktop image remains blurred. A reboot fixes the issue. Alternatively, I can apply a static background, then apply the dream. It works but Explorer crashes at first and the WB disappears from the system tray.
