Updates in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock.net Forums

Hey guys, need some help, started playing sins again, installed the game, but now I can´t update it, the game tells me to install the gamestop app(did that) log in (did that) but the app stays open on a blank white page, how can I update? Is there another way? H E L P! thx in advance
