A server or something went Bang on Xmas eve... Downloading doesn't work at min.. Make sure you haven't been charged more than once.. Quite a few people have.. Yes not being able to play something you paid for does suck but remember it is xmas.... There gonna start trying to fix it again on the 26th.

Thank you ill give it some more time.. Appreciate the fast replys especially considering the date :) Was just quite irratating being charged $30X3 for a game that won't work. Hope it all gets running soon as theres a few more games on here I wouldn't mind checking out. Thanks

Thank you.. Don't mean to sound overly negative but since I started using steam spent a few hundred ££ on there with no problems at all. First game I try to buy today ends up charging me three times. Also now have another issues.. Trying to download it in the my games tab but getting the error.. "object reference not set to an instance of an object" Is this also an issue with the server problem? Thanks

Hello all, Signed up today to buy Sins Of A Solar Empire as it was suggested by a friend. I normally use Steam but currently doesn't have this game. In short this morning I tried to buy the game and the website just kept giving me errors so I decided to give up on it. Come back to my computer about 6 hours after I tried to buy the game I get three emails confirming my order of the game even thou I only got errors when I tried earlier and no confirmations. Just wondering
