Thanks for the replies. I've never had more than one account but what I did do is change some account details a few months ago. Can't remember what I changed but it was something like my email or username. So I guess that's what caused it. I'll try what was suggested and see if it helps. If not, I'll email support.

Sins of a Solar Empire - Entrenchment not showing up for download in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

I'm a bit confused. I bought a retail copy of Sins of a Solar Empire in January and registered it. I then bought Entrenchment. I have both Sins of a Solar Empire and Entrenchment installed on my main PC, but I also use a laptop. I open my Impulse account on the laptop and I can download Sins of a Solar Empire, but I cannot download Entrenchment. The option is just not there. I've also tried re-registering my serial code for it. Sins is up to date on the laptop as well obviously with b

Just upgraded earlier to the entrenchment beta earlier and I'm new to the game, having only been playing for around 2 weeks. A question I have: I realise all the features aren't in the micro-expansion yet with it being beta, but I researched hangar defense for a Vasari starbase and I couldn't seem to find the option to add the structure to the starbase. That is normal and not implemented yet or?
