Have you installed Stardock Deskscapes ? If yes, then too do you have Aero turned on ? Wizard asked correctly about the Windows Experience Index because that determines if your display supports Aero. If everything above is fine and still you're having problems......try posting a screenshot of what is happening after applying the dreams !!
