How to deter crime. I've given this a lot of thought and yes when I lived in Phoenix I remember tent city and Sherrif Joe A. Pink underwear, green bologna sandwiches, chain gangs. Saw prisoners all the time around the city doing working tasks that no one in their "right mind" would want to do, so let the morons do it. Makes sense to me. My idea is to build one cell and put that cell on every Main St. in America. A sign over the door says "This will be your new home when you
