updated to 3.5, didn't work, updated to 3.5 sp1, and still didn't work, so it's not from .net I don't think, any other ideas?

every time I try to run particle forge it crashes before it starts up, I've updated to the latest versions of the game and the particle forge app, I have the .net 2.0 app also here's a copy of the details from the crash report I'm running windows vista home premium. Any ideas? Description: Stopped w
