The best way is to see what mother board you have is to look at the BIOS ID string when you turn on your computer...Award is the most common bios used so go to this link http://www.phoenix.com/en/customer+services/bios/awardbios/motherboard.htm and match up your BIOS to one listed and it will give you the maker of it. Are you wondering what type of motherboard you have?

You can check out the military service websites which have som pics that you can use of military related stuff. So many out there really with varying quality.....do a search on yahoo and you'll see a plethera (is that spelled right?) of sites. I personnally like the air force sites since I love jets, planes and the like

I find myself in the that position, paxx. Do you think that maybe what it could be is that an artist (let's say myself) posts a wall that was really popular and then he wants to make similiar ones that may have some what the same elements? I'm sorta there right now....I noticed that I was "beginning" to make the same stuff. When I first started making walls Bryce was so new to me that I was trying all different types of things. Well, what I meant was that WC is a skinning site and the wallpaper section of it isn't necessarily the direct purpose of the website.....please don't confuse that you have to make walls that compliment any skin (I don't). It's just that with the varied walls (colors and by design) that they compliment the skins and that in itself is a bonus. I can say that only recently the skins are starting to look very much alike.....I have a few old ones that I use religiously and I rarely down

My style is abstract art and fractals and the like so that's all I make..... If WC does decide that the absract wall is old....I'm afraid they may loose a good amount of artists (not that I'm one by the way). I thank WC because this is where I found that I had it in me to make something and post it rather then just download other peeps stuff. Tougher guidelines may not make better wall

Is you sound card able to play multiple sounds like Winamp playing music and then system sounds? Some cards can only output one sound stream and others can handle multiple ones. My knowledge is limited on this but I know the above is true at least

Moderation is part of the game.....I seriously doubt that if people gave up so easily that WC would have been long gone. I get moderated about every 5 walls or so, which at first was at about every other wall which is a sign that I'm getting better (I hope). Boxxi is a rare man who can make anything and everything in PS.....but you could use Bryce which before anyone tells me how easy and boring it is, it's really dynamic and used along with other 3d programs to make some really nice stuff....although I will admit that the ring/sphere combo is being overused by all (including myslef...sheeesh)
