I love the potential for customization in this game. But I fully agree with the above posters: we need more options and better graphics for those options. I'm bummed about the female sovereigns as well, with so few armor/weapon options right off.

Funny, I was just wondering this myself this evening. I'd like to be able to explore dungeons, that at least have some size to them. Even levels, perhaps? We'll see. I have no idea even what's feasible for these places at this point.

So under the research tree, first you get a fort, then on a subsequent tech, you get a fortress. The fort comes with a palisade wall around your entire city, and the fortress comes with a stone wall. In my current game, I built a fortress first in the city, and my walls upgraded to stone. I then built a fort in the same city, and all my walls downgraded to a fort. I'm not sure what's up with this seemingly graphical-only effect, but thought you guys should know.

So I completed the mission that gives you the flute. It was supposed to be sold at a city for money. Anyway, I double-clicked on it to see if I could outfit it somehow, and it made the slurping sound and disappeared! [e digicons]:P[/e] Clearly my sovereign will have indigestion...
