I suppose you could navigate to the application (in program files(x86)...) and create shortcuts to the program but name them differently. E.g. VMware Workstation 1, VMware Workstation 2...... I'm not sure how else I would do this, and I think it may be a unique problem because usually users only use one shortcut to a single application. My advice would be to just play with it, and figure out what works best for you. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
