Happy Birthday Jazzy!!! [e digicons]\o/[/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons];)[/e]
I just remember people predicting that in the first season, so I expected the writers to come up with something a little more creative. It wasn't a bad ending, by all means, but I guess my expectations were set too high.
The series finale of the show "Lost" was on tonight. What did everyone think? There are still a lot of unanswered questions. In my opinion, it was a good ending, but a little disappointing. I expected a huge twist or something mind boggling at the end. Well, if you watched it, what's your opinion? I added "Spoiler" in the title to avoid spoiling it for anyone.
REALLY???? MY WISH CAME TRUE??? WOOHOO!!! Thanks so much for this V!!! You're the best!!! [e digicons]5*[/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]
Here ya go, Glen...
Doc, please.......I'm finished with my organic chemistry series.......I don't want to relive those memories....haha
Seems as if 'dumbing down' is the wave of the present and foreseeable future.
I take offense to that, Doc. [e digicons]>:([/e] ......................Just kidding. However, last quarter I managed to write a 10 page organic chemistry lab report with no spelling errors. The title was “Multistep Synthesis of Tetraphenylcyclopentadienone ” and proofing tools were useless. [e digicons];P[/e]
Happy Birthday HG!!!! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]:pizza:[/e] [e digicons]:pizza:[/e] [e digicons]:pizza:[/e] [e digicons][/e]
I spent the day making the subscriber skin, 'Precision' windows 7 compatible.....and I'm glad I did. [e digicons][/e] I also made the trillian skin, and the objectdock skin to go along with it.
Looks really great, easy to navigate, and it's full of useful stuff!! Cool! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]
Dream Theater! You get 5 stars for that shot!
Agreed!!! A very talented band [e digicons]5*[/e] [e digicons][/e]
No point talking to scientists! Most of them are corporate lackies being paid to do corporate bidding... to find favourably for corporate agendas/aspirations. And many of the rest of them are eccentric peculiarities studying the mating habits of green tree frogs or some other exotic creature.
Thanks.
Climatologist, author, former NASA scientist.....
First of all, it's naive to think scientists will ever agree on one subject. Second, it
The greenhouse signature is missing.
It requires more in depth analysis than years of flying weather balloons. It's a trend, that doesn't mean it will be a constant increasing temperature. Also, read up on the signs on global warming....in a scientific journal, not the internet.
temperatures have gone up before carbon dioxide levels
There aren't enough factors measured in this time period. We do not
The only real trouble this planet is currently in is overpopulation. A standard ecological model would require three Earths for the worlds current human population. As for pollution and climate change, a change just needs to be made for us to sustain. As technology advances, and more people become aware of what needs to happen, things can and will turn around for us. We have not met a 'survival threshold' and I'm not going to live in fear because the world isn't perfect. I wouldn't star
it usually snows when the temp is 20 and above. that's the norm for here in the midwest, anyway.
As I stated above, more carbon dioxide in the air allows the air to hold more moisture, leading to increased precipitation. An increase in snowfall is actually a sign on global warming.
I don't understand why this subject is a debate. Lets look it at like scientists, not politicians. Sulfur dioxide increases cloud cover. Cloud cover makes Earth reflective, temperatures drop. Carbon dioxide converts solar radiation to UV rays and traps it in the lower atmosphere, heating the surface. That's a chemical property of carbon dioxide.........not debatable. As for the carbon cycle, CO2 concentration (parts per million) has steadily increased since 1860 (measured in geological
Wow, this is great! Thanks, V! Are you planning on updating other skins too? [e digicons];)[/e] I'd love to see Prowler updated for windows 7...... [e digicons]:-"[/e]
Well you can forget GT3...Tiggz is lost in the reality world somewhere and can't be found.
I miss Tiggz....... [e digicons]X([/e]
I agree with what you're saying, and I think as time goes on, more people will migrate to other OS's. Just to ask your opinion, do you think the HP slate will help? or the windows 7 phone?
Just curious........do you have show desktop icons on? (right click desktop - view - show desktop icons) That's happened to me before...
Wow, this is really a great group!! Congrats to everyone!! [e digicons][/e]
I have a theme for trillian finished......but I was originally going to wait to see what the rest of the theme looks like first.
