quite frankly, you don't need to do that...there are a series of trainers made by cheathappens.com that make you add infinite number of logistic slots and tactical slots. also you can get an almost unlimited number of capital ships and frigates...just how many you need...not to mention unlimited resources, instant planet uprgrades, reaserch , freeze ship shield, hull, antimatter and planet health...i recommend you use the one for v1.5, which is free...so you have what u need there...good
