How do I install CursorFX plus using impulse? in CursorFX Stardock Forums

I purchased cursorfx plus from stardock website. They sent me an email to redownload impulse, which I already have, because I have object desktop. I downloaded the file, but I still don't have cursorfx plus. What do I need to do?
