For some reason, I am unable to apply a texture color effect to specifically only the "StealthOS" theme. However, every other theme works fine. Any help?

Hey, I wanted to know why the text becomes lighter/faint when I apply a skin in windowsblind? I've tried over 10 skins and same thing keeps occurring. Is this normal? I've posted images below.
