Dream not moving after restart in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

I just started using DeskScapes and I've picked out a dream I like. Problem is, whenever I restart my computer, the wallpaper won't move anymore. I have to open DeskScapes again and select the dream again. If it makes a difference, I'm using Vista (business edition). Thanks for the help!
