is this still a thing? If i have Escalation and my friend only has the base game we can still play Escalation together so long as i host the game? Multiplayer compatible with base Ashes of the Singularity (no community split, ranked games will get to use all the units always, custom games will have whatever units the host has).
dcndnts
Grouping and Army forming really need another pass to clean it up . Overall its been frustrating to use. Pathing also goes wonky way to often with units going in the wrong direction.
Founders get this DLC for free? If so its not showing for me
The camera zoom level isn't changing.
So disappointing. Guess we'll have to wait till it gets modded to really enjoy your game.
I have gotten six people to play this game. Guess what the very first thing they complain about within the first 2 min of playing the game is.
clicking on the mini map to change the camera position fixes this for me.
There has been so many good suggestions on how to implement it without icons i cant believe its not in the game yet. Any RTS featuring large scale battles should have this feature in from day one. It boggles the mind that they don't want it.
gonna have to agree on the terrain looking pretty bad/blurry. there has to be a better way to make units pop than making the terrain look like its from 2005 seems like a very odd design choice.
Would be nice to be able to do this with structures as well. I tried selecting multiple factories this way to set a rally point and spit out units. It didnt work
I cant cancel Engineer build orders even if they haven't even started building yet.
I have a proposition regarding Turinium - instead of making it a hard victory condition like now, it's possible to make it a unique resource required to power a massive and expensive game ending superweapon, like a Virus Transmitter capable to reprogram units and buildings in a very wide area. Weapon should only start to charge and be able to fire if the team have more than half Turinium Generators captured and connect
Pretty much the only thing I am looking forward to about Turinium is the ability to turn it off.
If you haven't been following the Star Citizen project,
Sounds like you haven't been following the Star Citizen project very closely have you.
but I would caution that these same outlets have also been getting paid a lot to by star citizen to keep the hype machine going... I really hope that this perspective is wrong, yet there is enough information now
Please give us a game mode without Turinium. as it is right now me and my buddies are completely avoiding capturing these silly things. Nobody wants to win/lose a match by holding one if these and waiting for the countdown.
lots of bugs in the latest build. Ones i remember off the top of my head. Health bars for destroyed enemies stay stuck on the screen Economy flatlines and can Insta-build everything once i reach 500 logistics. Pathfinding struggles on larger units. Some units get stuck on terrain and can no longer be moved
I play RTS games with 2 other buddies. We usually always play 3(us)vs.3(AI) If this isnt going to be possible sounds like a real step backwards in gameplay. Actually being able to play with my friends will always trump " having tens of thousands of units on screen "
