And virtually every RTS game ever made usually demands you zerg the AI before he zergs you. I don't find that fun in the least, but I will admit FE doesn't do it as "in your face" as other RTS's.
credibility at zero percent...
I've played several games so far, and I keep on experiencing deja-vu. Then it hit me. It's the stack of doom. In almost every game, an AI player sends wave after wave of stacks of doom at my cities until they fall. Talk about one dimentional/sigle minded gameplay. Let's stop pretending. There is only one path to victory - war/miliatary. All other victory conditions are highly dependant on a strong miliatary (e

Ummm last I check The Witcher II is not an OLD SHIT game. You lose.
As mentioned above, GOG only sells Witcher II because the same parent company owns both. GOG is great, but it's no Steam. Admit it Brad, you threw that "LH" out there just to drive us crazy. And I have a question about the large map in the OP. Will certain elements be random when you play that map? Like faction placement, resources, goodie huts, quest locations, monster lairs, and fertile land city locations...or is every element locked in place? And if all factions always start in their appropriate locations, then what happens if you're playing a custom faction?
I've been making larger random maps -- I added a "huge" and an "epic" map size and have been playing some games on them to test them out. If you want me to provide the xml I can do so -- not sure if it's cool to cut and paste it or what. I also add a couple gold mines on the map... not enough to go around, but they should be fun to find.
I'd love to try them out. Do they ba

When E:wom was deemed a failure, you said early adopters would be getting two expansions for free. Fallen enchantress and the next expansion. Are you saying we get the expansion to FE as well, or are you saying that
Quoting Cruxador, reply 19When you say this map is gigantic, how big are we talking? Also, are larger sizes for randomly generated maps a thing that can happen? I'm not sure how big it is exactly. But it's bigger than any map I've ever seen in WOM or FE. If you don't have a 64-bit system, it might be tricky. I've been trying to find ways to shave down texture sizes and other tricks t

Thanks for confirming that. Also, the image in the OP serves to reinforce something I've discovered while playing: the cloth map is absolutely beautiful! Nice job!! I set the zoom level on it pretty low so I can play cloth map most of the time, and o

Frogboy said it best here: https://forums.galciv2.com/98074 Most, if not all, of us agree the great thypical singleplayer features should stay also in multiplayer. An example is of course the unit designer. Games like FE don't atract those who want 10-30 mi
