Can't load d3dx9_32 dll......... in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

I need some help here...I have installed Deskscapes twice and uninstalled them twice via Add/Remove. Neither time has it FULLY removed the program and all that came with it! I downloaded odnt_zapper and when I use it, it will stop and have the message "can't load d3dx9_32 dll" ALL I WANT TO DO IS FULLY REMOVE THE PROGRAM AS IF IT WAS NEVER THERE!!!! I have done this because dreams don't work at all. Thanks for any help!!!! I'll even give a [e digicons]:beer
