The bug your getting is due to a bad or duplicate entry in that file. you can back it up and then move it out of that folder and RTP should stop giving that error. OK I'm Belxanthian and I'm the main developer for Ready to Play so I hope that means your in good hands ;) Ready to Play uses "mostly" the registry to store its data. The key that stores the window position is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Ready to Play\MainWindowPosition If you could please use regedit and delete that field then run Ready to Play and see if it will now remember your position. If it doesnt we will have to dig in

When it says searching, it is communicating with the server. We have been doing server upgrades here that could at times cause it to hang. Does it always stay at searching for you with demigod? or was this just a couple of times? Let me know and in the mean time I'll take another look at the code there :) Belxanthian

I will look into the possibility of a memory leak, however from previous experience with .net applications they will continue to grow until the system really needs the memory that they have been using.
