Problem with Windows Blinds on IE and Xp Browser Min/Max/Close Buttons in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm having trouble with min/max/close buttons while using windows blinds. I have tried several skins, and all of them seem to have the problem of lack of functionaility when it comes to ie and xp windows. I can use the buttons on any other program window that has them, but not on those 2 (ie and xp windows). Any Ideas?
