yeah i figured out what i was doing wrong right after i posted this but thank you for the help. I was taxing really high because of the temporal entertainment building but it was causing colonies to have like 26 approval.

thalan morale issue in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

The thalan are my favorite race although in TA i seem to have a morale issue constantly with them. In the begining the new colonies morale are so low they start to loose population. Is this normal or am i playing incorrectly? Is there a tip to prevent the morale issues in the colonies? Thank you for any help you are able to give.
