[BUG] Ideologies unusable in multiplayer in GalCiv Beta Feedback GalCiv3 Forums

I noticed while playing multiplayer that me and anyone else I was playing with failed to receive any ideology choice prompts when colonizing planets and there were no galactic events with ideology choice prompts either (100 turns in on fast with galactic events on abundant). We noticed that changing the galaxy settings did not appear to make a difference with this particular bug. Nor did the use (or disuse) of custom factions. Anyone else experien
