What do you mean by reorganize fleets? You can only do that in game. That's why it's called RTS. You can't pause life an reorganize stuff. But you can pause the game by just pressing menu.

If you wanted a good economic start, build two civic researches, one on home planet at first, and the second on your first asteroid. You can get your trade ports, then, while other races take 3 or 4 trade economic buildings. TEC gets a head start when it comes to funds
Anyone know when the next patch is coming out? It still bugs me that the Advent Starbase planet bombardment range at level 2 is almost nothing. Also, I've noticed when you buy multiple fleet upgrades and queue up your ships, the ships don't start building till all the upgrades finish.
Well it kinda makes sense to not be able to make the ships if you don't have the technology yet!

Simple answer, Sins is NOT GALACTIC CIVS. If you want a game that plays like galactic civs, then play galactic civs. Anyways, Sins is a bit more a strategy than galactic civs. There is no need in Sins to have such a story plot like galactic civs. You can't complain about a game you just bought and expect it to be like the game you already know and love. I think stardock does a pretty good job of coming up with different games for different people. I
Uninstalling impulse will not help because your computer still stores the 1.16 version, and switching to 1.05 will cause a read error because the program that it's written in can understand both txt and binary, but not both at the same time. Making sins run on 1.05 is mixing languages, and it won't understand it, and thus won't start.

Neer the end of a game, they can see all interplanetary/stellar movements for all players 3. kostura cannon-true potential reached when you have about 8 fire all at one target and they wipe out everything (even your "precious" Advent defenses and fleets). On another note, perhaps people think the TEC is weak beca

Would themods not work with the latest patch? I just cant get how to make them work.
Do you mean that you are using all of these mods at the same time? That won't work most of the time because of compatabilit issues. What mod(s) are you using?
I would never recommend a mothership for the first capital. It's fairly weak, has a terrible lvl 6 ability and is only decent as support with the shield renewal, which you are going to skip early for the planet colonization probably. Youw ill also need to build the colony ship anyways to get neutrals, meaning you just wasted the capital ship choice. Take a Radiance or Carrier capital ship. Radiance is just all a

yes yes i realize the mothership is pretty much always the best option. However, it seemed like if you actually wanted to be really agressive and play offensively, the Rapture would be next in line. However, you would proably agree with me that that decision in untacticle

If you are looking for any advent beginning tips... 1. Generally, advent is a culture driven faction. So don't research too much into the military until you have maybe 3 planets or so. 2. As for the first cap ship...probably the mothership is the best choice. If you don't like that, then I would suggest the Rapture. 3. As said above, build culture (temples of communion) If you get upgrades in that, then you have mitigation bonuse
