Twilight of Arnor crashes in Windows 7 in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, I'm not sure where my debug.err is in windows 7, and can't seem to find any info on google. I've installed galciv2 ultimate edition from impulse on a brand new install of Windows 7. When i run the game the screen goes black then crashes. I've installed the latest NVidia drivers for my 7950 card. I tried to run regular galciv and that gets to the main menu. Haven't tried starting a new game yet though. Dread lords and twilight of arnor cras
