I'm guessing if I rolled back the windows update, it would only be a matter of time until it's forced on me? Worst case scenario, I will still test WBs for people on a single monitor system I have.

Some cursors have issues with the current version of CursorFX. It is a well known issue and seemingly not getting much attention. It could be that it's an issue with older cursors and can't be fixed.
