And...... The winner is.... Jan. Thanks man!
I will check Jan's suggestion when I get the chance.
To be honest. I don't believe in purge/reinstall. I have purged a few Stardock apps before and they still ran after reboot. Useless waste of time IMHO. I have, however, updated each app to the latest versions.

Hey devs, I am running the same versions of both Start11 and WindowBlinds11 on 2 different windows 11 rigs. As far as I can tell, all settings are the same, yet one rig uses a start button that comes with the WB, and the other does not. Both centered start button. Same skin on both.
Make sure both are not set to "always on top".
Still this remains an issue. If there is any information I can gather, please let me know. It's a small thing that is big time on my nerves.

If you mean ObjectDesktopManager, yes, you can uninstall it. The apps will still work.
And still.....

Welcome to the nut house.
Every reboot requires that I restart explorer in order to see the seconds.
Same thing with Windowblinds. Windowblinds 10 is for Windows 10. Windowblinds 11 is for Windows 11. And to run Windowblinds on Windows 12 you will need to purchase Windowblinds 12 in the future.
BUT, buy an ObjectDesktop subscription and get past all this, a no-brainer to me.
So, it remains an issue.
After a reboot, seconds are gone again. I can open Start11 config, restart explorer, and the seconds come back.
Oh wow, it is now working. I'm using the most current version of all 3. Not a Windows preview.
I am running Start 11, WindowBlinds 11, and Windows 11. The setting to show seconds on the clock isn't working.
