No, the latest download is .0091 .045 is the probably 0 day patch which will come soon enough. I have no idea where you heard that number though. But anything else than .0091 being the latest version is utter BS. Especially considering i downloaded the game a short time ago, and when you download, it is always the latest version no matter what.

After the intro, the i get the cursor and ambient music. But there is no menu, just a black screen [e digicons]X([/e] I also noticed that my game download was only 1.88GB, while impulse states that the game takes 2.81GB.

Game downloading at my max capacity, they are probably bottlenecking the downloads. Allowing people in as the first ones finish so that nobody gets slower downloads.
