Yeah, I agree. But thanks for the help everyone!

Thank you very much! That was very helpful!
Ok, so basically only 1) is true? Or can 3) also be true? Thanks for your help!
Hello! I am currently connected to the internet via a wireless connection to my router. How does this affect me in Demigod, compared to if I buy a cable and connect direcly to my router? (I have searched the forums for answers, but haven't found any... And also please excuse my not perfect english, it's not my native language.) 1) I have heard that my ping might spike to >1000 ms about once every minute. Is this true? 2) Will my ping be constantl
I was on the other team in the battle that Elmoman describes and I can confirm that the flag didn't work properly. I have been thinking about it since the match because somethings that involved the flag happened... My teammate started to capture the valour flag that didn't work later, but didn't capture it completely. It got recaptured later by Elmomans ally who later got "desync detected" and then disconnected. It was afer all this that Elmoman discovered that the Valour fl
I agree, I have both died a couple of times because of this bug with the Wand of Speed and failed to catch some fleeing Demigods. Even if I click the ground multiple times to keep moving, my Demigod stops a short time, which often makes a big difference. Fix this for Wand of Speed to make it work the way I hope it is supposed to work!
Ok, then there is no need to try and get those achievements now... Thanks for your help Davinaldo!
Thanks for your help again Monk! My router does not have anthying called gaming mode or anything similar. I have now tried to disable the router firewall and my software firewall (but not at the same time...). And I can actually say that I see no clear difference between when I have my ports forwarded (and UPnP off) and one of my firewalls turned off, and when I have no ports forwarded (and UPnP on) and all firewalls on. In both situations I almost always get (NAT) o
Thanks for the answer Monk! Your guide was helpfull and I have now disable UPnP (which I didn't know I should before reading it). I have some questions though. I have a software firewall and a router firewall (and Windows Firewall, I think...). Shall I turn off the router's firewall when I play Demigod? (My english is not perfect, but that is how I understand what you write in n. 6 under "Configure your router".) The reason why I'm not sure, is that I don't know what a SPI f
Hello! Yes, I know this has been discussed in several posts already, but I still don't understand (maybe I just haven't found a really good post yet). So please, somone who knows how this works help me! I have problems connecting directly to people (I get proxied quite alot, but not always), but once I am in the game I don't get kicked out or have any other connecting related problems (exept for lag). My question is: Which ports on my router shall I forward to my (static) IP-a
Ok, then I am not alone and we will have to hope that this "bug" or whatever it is will be taken care of. Thanks for the answers.
Hello everyone! I am having some problems with achievements (in single player and with Unclean Beast mainly, if that matters)... First: I can't finish the Bully achievement (kill a Demigod 10 levels below you). I have killed a Demigod 10 levels below me (and 11 levels below, just to be sure), but I don't get the achievement. I haven't tried the Underdog achievment yet, so I don't know if I have the same problem there... I have seen some posts about similar problems in the foru
Sounds nice. It would be fun if it were a favor item that you could create when you're not in a game, so you would have time to create the item without fear of getting killed.
Sounds very fun! I think it should also have some abilities that would be good when you are not dying (don't really know what, but something that would make people use them in other situations also). That would make some people run up to stuff and hope to kill it, but end up commiting suicide... :D I also think it would need to be quite cheap, becasue it might be bad for you.
I think these are great! And I find it even more interesting when you will write about the develovment of in-game things. Keep up the good work!
This type of map would also fit the story very good, since the game is about getting your demigod to ascend, not your team of 4 demigods. I think it would be a fun addition to the other maps.
The top ranked players will have all persistent items they want (when it's not bugged anymore), so for them it will never make it uneven. And for the rest of us, I think persistent items will just make the game more fun and more unique.
Yes, I know that you still have leveling left, but I said an important part. I like the fact that what I do lasts for more then 30 minutes... And Slaktoid: Who said that this game SHOULD be ONLY about skill? Why judge favor items when the game has only been out for a few days and then game still change quite much with each patch? I think favor items will work as they are supposed to be when the game gets more updated. I think that you should get something for play
I disagree with you guys. The reason is that I find this kind of progression (favor points) to be one of the best thing about this game. Demigod is not only a multiplayer game where you do your best at a game and then you have to start all over again, but you get some visible "reward" you can use next time you play. I also think that removing favor points would remove an important part of RPG from the game and would make the game less RTS-RPG and more only RTS.
I agree with you Mr11 and bug. I have not bought the game yet, but I would like to look at the skills to be able to decide which demigod i want to try first. Some kind of skillguide would be great, beacause I like to think before i act...
Ok, so the game will work, but it might lag a little and I can't use the best settings. That is good enough for me to buy it. Thanks!
Hi! I am not very good at all the technical stuff about computers. Because of that i wonder if Demigod will work on my computer. Can someone please help me? I have: NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2,00 GHz 2 GB RAM (This should be fine, right?) 245 GB free harddrive space (This should be fine, right?) Please tell me if you need more info. I know I must have at least 2,40 GHz, but doesn't dual make it t
