Cant even make an account... in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Ok so I just got Impulse today for a game I just bought. I wanted to try out online play and it said I had to make a impulse account... ok, so I tried making one and when I clicked ok I got this... "Server not responding, please check your interent connections". I obviously had internet and so I went online to find some solutions to fix this.
