You'd discriminate against something popping a 2000 ping all the time because they'd lag you. Low sim speed people do the exact same thing. Thats cause I hate forgeiners (JK!) I understand where everyone is comming from, and if someone has 0 simspeed at the beginning then it will get unbeararable towards the end. However, if someone has 0 or -1 sim speed at the end where we have like a million creeps and big f
So you guys are gonna discriminate against people who can't afford better hardware?... sounds like a great idea. On top of that -1 or 0 sim speed is not that slow. I was under the impression the game runs at 0 sim speed regardless and only slows down when someone gets below 0 simspeed.
Um then you must not hit that one key on your keyboard ... TAB i think... Opens the scoreboard and
I check the forums pretty regular and haven't seen any recent mention of a timeframe for the release of the new playable demigods. Anybody read something I haven't? Just curious, I know they've been working on connectivity issues but I'd heard it mentioned before and haven't seen anything recent. I also haven't read anything about any new maps at all which is something I find this game sorely lacking. Don't get me wrong, the ones available
No like ZehDon said this shows their terrible coding skills instead. It is very immature imo for the developers to trash the users internet connection when they are able to reduce the bandwidth usage by 35% in a single patch.
Agreed. It is bad coding i never ever ever ever ever said it wasn't. Find my post where i said it wasn't and i swear ill send you $20 via paypal right now. Just beca
If a player has set the /serverproxyonly flag, why not let him connect to all other players in a match over the same proxy server, basically simulating client-server? This should solve the upload bandwidth issues people experience on lower end connections.
Thats what it does. If you have the /serverproxyonly there then you will only use proxy to connect to people. Hence you will be server-client.
Queue the 'you're an idiot' unhelpful posts now. A few times on the weekend I tried a few different builds with DGs. One thing that happened to me a few times was in moments of utter haste I accidently clicked the wrong skill, not because I wasn't looking but I hit the wrong skill out of habit. For example, I wanted to try an Ooze build out but accidently hit Spit purely out of habit. It would be nice to have say a 3 or 5 se
