Just incase you haven't tried the proxy servers i will post my guide (and no im not talking to you Toku since i see you said you tried). I posted this in another thread to help a user but as i browse the 3 different areas to report issues on the forums i see alot of people with issues connecting ... yet it doesn't sound like they are using them proxies!
