Also btw do you have these lag issues online as well as off? If you are having them while offline (playing with bots) then yeah it might be a driver or some issue we can hopefully narrow down .... If it happens online it might be someone in the match causing your game to stutter so it looks like your lagging when really your not. Beacsue in p2p if 1 person lags ... it can cause everyone else to lag (which sucks) :P.
Hm the only thing i found that was useful is the drivers they made for your card right befor the latest ones (the one you have). I am not sure if it will help but it doesn't hurt to try :). Just uninstall ur current display driver after DLing this ... http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_182.06_whql.html And install that and try it. If there is no improvement or you don't like those just simply uninstall those and DL the latest again

Oh crap forgot to ask. What OS? *Edit* Na affinity just means like what you allow that particular program to use. Such as if you unchecked the "3" one .. then it would only use 3 cores of the quad core (and not the one you checked). (You have 4 cores. It just starts counting at 0 then 1,2,3). :).
