Problems with Digital downloads in Personal Computing Demigod Forums

I bought a copy for a friend and he is having problems accessing multiplayer games as it says the username / password does not exist. I was wondering if this was a problem because i bought both the digital downloads underneath my email? I was wondering if there was a fix to this problem lying around somewhere or if someone knows anything I can do to fix this issue?
