I've been trying to take some screen shots while playing Demigod. I hit Print Screen, I go to Paint. I can't paste anything. Any suggestions that don't involve a 3rd party software.
1. Click you Start Menu button. 2. In the Start Search area, type the word "Index" without the quotations. 3. Wait a second and then click "Indexing Options." 4. Click Modify. 5. Add all Hard Drives that apply. 6. Hit Okay, then click Advanced. 7. Go through the list and check all. Beneath that, check the option for Indexing Properties and File Contents. 8. Click the Index Settings Tab. 9. Click Rebuild. Then Okay all those Windows shut.
I was an FF fan for a long time. Dabbled in Opera and GC as well. I'm quite happy with IE8 right now. The primary reason I use it is because it's faster. I no longer need Adblock from FF because I have my Host files blocked out. There are a handful of sites that function better with FF but overall I'm happy. I'd recommend at least trying it. Worse case scenario, you just don't use it afterwards if you're unhappy.
I just did a few 2v2 Pantheon matches back to back. Citadel, Fortress, and Capture the Flag. I was skeptical when I skimmed this guide but I took the basic build and adapted it for my needs. Rook makes a surprisingly effective guerilla unit. During long Citadel games, I found Rooks ninja-ness to be less effective when compared to Capture the Flag and Fortress. I'll admit the beta has been a huge improvement on getting into Pantheon/Skirmish games but a man can only take so much of "after the weekend it will be better" before he grows skeptical. The patterns has been "After the weekend" followed by "It didn't work out so well." I know you've all been working hard to get the game running but pardon me if I remain skeptical until I can continuously play and enjoy the game.

From personal experience, the Rook moves very slowly and even with a high amount of health tends to die easily. Stun/Slow the Rook down and have your team focus fire on him. He's the easiest Hero to chase.

Not bad, not bad at all. I'm not sure if I agree with the idea of spreading points into everything early on. As much as I enjoy the Boulder Roll, I'll tend to try to max Hammer or Towers first.
I believe the ~ buttons renders ambient health bars visible.

The problem I have while playing a General is that I do not know when my troops or low health or dead. The only way to discern this is attempt to summon more and see if the Idol's will let me. If possible, creating a mini picture window with health bar in one of the corners of the screen for each troop summoned may be handy. Furthermore, if these windows actually selected said units, it would be even handier. The best analogy I can think of is a Raid window in the game World of Warcraft.
You do get a reward for beating the Tournament on Hard (it took me 8 hours to figure out a suitable strat and get it done), it's called Nightmare mode.

I'm going to +1 myself onto this topic. To add some more information. When I originally installed the game, I was able to get hours of gameplay out of it. After I updated the patch, the game will freeze after I click through the opening cinematic. If I sit and watch the whole cinematic and wait, it will occasionally let me into the game. This all occured after that last patch. I removed the Intro.bik file as was recommended here and the game locks up for a minute, skips
