Reply to Have opened ports, but cannot host game in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

Speedtouch routers: Ridiculous things. You may find that, even with ports forwarded, it [i]still[/i] doesn't work. I have a BT Home Hub and when I forward the ports it doesn't work. I have to put myself in the DMZ for it to allow me to connect/host games. I know this system isn't using Quazal for its netcode like previous GPG games, but try also forwarding port 61262 as well.

Will post a screenshot later on. Not that this is a particularly crazy OTT bug, but should be trivial enough to fix: I was playing SP as rook and hammering on a tower. The screen was shaking, it was all pretty, but the healthbar for the tower ended up looking like a barcode of red and black. I have: [email protected] , 4GB RAM, 512MB 8800GT, latest drivers, impulse drivers or whatever it wanted, 14/04 patch of Demigod.
