Suggest you try the /nosound fix. Might be that the sound compability issue is your problem and not the gfx card. Put the line /nosound in the target line of the demigod shortcut and see if that helps your fps.
omg! it fixed!! Im playing without a single crach!!!! thanks a lot mate, at least someone could help me :D
I didn't notice anyone else mentioning this, so forgive me if I missed something, but the minimum processor requirement is listed as 2.4GHz for Demigod. Running it on a slower processor could definitely cause some issues.
so im having 10 fps's with all low because of 400mhz?

I was using 182.08 driver, but still I updated it. I puted all the settings to off (anti-allising and stuff). Started game with all full: 10 fps normal (1 fps when everyone has loads of units) With all low 15 fps normal ( 5 fps when everyone has loads of units ) :X Guess I'll need to get a new graphic :x Do U think 7200 will be enought? Since only costs 30eur I can get it now.

The thing is, why turning all max and turning all min its giving me the same FPS's? I played Unreal Tournament 3 with this PC and it worked (at min of corse), so I thought (since its the same engine) it would work as well...

Im running the game in: AMD 64 3200+ 2.01GHZ 1.5GB RAM NVIDIA ASUS GeForce 6600GT SE 128MB It feets the minimum requirements but whenever I play it with full graphics at max or at minimum the FPS's stay the same and keeps breaking... Why is that happening?
