Game Questions in Demigod Stardock Forums

My first question is, do you have to wait at the end of a pantheon game ? Because i played a few of them the last couple of days and my achievements and exp points/favor points are not accounted for. I must say i leave the game after waiting a few minutes at the end of a match because nothing happens the game just sits there. Or is it like in the single player game that you have to play 8 sucessive maps ?? 2nd question do the skirmish and custom games earn favor points ? <p
