Ratsy: Yes, iv tried that and its working. However I don't want to spend a lot of time finding hamachi networks and avoiding pirated copies. As Frogboy wrote in hes blog, GameRanger seems to be a better solution. However I really want to play this game as its supposed to be.

I left my computer while "Connecting to players, please wait" and went out for 1,5hours. But stil no error message or something else. Could anyone else running Vista x64 confirm however internet games is working or not? (and if their NATed or not)

Just for a quick follow-up: I also play a lot of wc3 and I manage to both play and host custom games without any problems. Wc3 custom games also use the same client/host technology and uses udp ports in the 6000-range.

Hi, OK - heres my setup: - Outbound ip: x.x.x.x - 10.0.0.1 - Router (forwared UDP ports 6000-6300 to 10.0.0.3) - 10.0.0.3 - Vista x64 - Gaming machine (firewall disabled atm) - UPnP disabled on router - All other "fancy" settings are disabled on router 1) Im 100% sure that my router and gaming machine accept connection on the udp ports 6000-6300 2) I have tested this with 3 diffrent friends in Norway, Sweden & Australia (Im from Norwa
