Sorry, no debug.err. That are the events I remember happening: I continued a "out of memory"-save game. My king was defeated and returned to the nearest city. A few turns later I got the winning-message. I returned to main menu. I started a new game: I briefly saw a message that my king from the other game "was seriously injured". Next I saw the new game configuration. I pressed the "previous"-button and landed on my desktop. Here's the latest dump: <a href="http

Yes, I'd vote for unique races and lore, too. Uniqueness is difficult to achieve, so I think 4-5 different species would be enough. One could alter the races with factions, so big differences (magic/no magic, flying/not flying, use metal/does not use metal) would be in the races and small differences (+1 in trade...) could be in factions. The MoM races could be a goog start and then make them better [e digicons][/e] .

A quest and a research breakthrough happened at a time. First the first research message was shown, than the first quest message, next the second research message and then the quest message again. It would be better if one event could be played "to the end" before the other emerges.

1) I would prefer A+Trade (like Civ4), but Equipment has to be balanced so that there won't be killer-ressources like oil ( i think civ was improved from 3 to 4 because in 3 iron was a killer-ressource, but in 4 you have copper as a kind of substitute. 2) I like the idea of physical ressources instead of strategic/logical ressources: the killer-ressource mithril (LOR way) is so rare that in one game you only may build one sword for one hero or something. Iron is more co
