Problem Or Glitch With WindowBlinds in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

How do you ensure that whenever u change the background color under Windows... it will remain the same after retstart, while WindowsBlind is still loaded?? 'Cos whenever I change a wallpaper and I wanna change the background color so that I can see the text on my desktop... Please advise. Thanx
