UPDATE: found another thread that allowed me to get DA (had to host a game online and choose him first. he is now available in single player for me) Problem still exists for oculus though. Can't even select him online

can't play as new characters in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

For starters, I just downloaded the game onto my new computer from impulse a week ago. The new characters are on the selection screen but they are grayed out and I cannot select them. I have also not seen the v1.2 patch come up on impulse yet, so either I never got it or it automatically installed when I installed the game from impulse. So, how do I install and use the latest patches if I have not already? Or, how do I play with the new characters if I have gotten the patch.</
