Like I said, stop butchering the english language and stick to just lying about what socialism is. Pretending that a public fire department means you're a socialist should be stupid enough, you don't need to call it a factory. A road is not production, it is infrastructure. Means of production and production itself are two entirely different things. You're morons, accept it and move on. If you can

You will always want more than less, its just given. Capitalism is a system that takes that instintual greed and uses it to create social benefit through the creation of sustainable business and the destruction of unsustainable business. Greed is the desire to posses more than what you deserv
Roads are not production, rescue services are not production. Can't we at least not butcher the english language while lying about socialism? It should be dishonest enough just to call them socialism in the first place.
Roads are not means of production? Why? Because you decided the term "production" didn't fit? Any infrastructure is means of production. They are capital goods and it falls under instrum
This entire thread is one giant false dichotomy. Many are making horrible mistakes when talking about what they think socialism is. There is no "Capitalism vs socialism; one or the other." They are both general sets of economic theories and are not clear opposites. Did you drive to work today on a road and not have to pay a toll? Socialism. Will a fire truck come if your house is on fire? Or do you go to a public school? Again, socialism. The basic concept is very simple. Capi
Regulus doesn't have some magical inate ability that gives him insane dps with an ashkandor. Final demigod stats at level 20 have all 8 demigods' rate of fire between 0.88 and 1.04 and the overall dps between 280 and 326. Regulus is 1.01 and 292 dps. The stats scale linearly from level 1 for all demigods. So the only thing buffing his damage more than any other demigod could achieve with items is skill points. He gets a modest improvement through angelic fury. I disli
Ok, just a little bit of a critique on your game. 1. Saving up for a 4k breastplate as the first thing you buy after the start?! The cheaper items are much more efficient converting gold to stats and there is opportunity cost in losing stats early even if they were more expensive and that certainly isn't a TB's priority buying health before getting any decent regen. 2. Not buying consumables until late game. Not a single health or mana potion in the entire ga
Rook's base health = 1900 Gained 4 levels reaching level 5 = 4 x 150 health = 600 Favour item = 800 Health Banded armour = 400 health 3700 Health x 1.15 health flag = 4255 ~4255 health right there with ease. Any demigod can come within a few hundred of this doing the same. It would likely also be more prudent to stack some armour before going all-out on health like this. He is also using up his favour item.
So someone says in chat the very brief "go right" , "follow me" and "come to me" while playing and before even thinking of getting some clarification on the tone or intent your response is to tell them they can go fuck themselves and quit the game? Yeah, you're right. There are some really terrible allies out there.
The problem with run speed is that, unlike how some have said, it doesn't function like armour. Armor is progressively useful the more you have. The enemy getting more armour doesn't devalue your own armour - it still functions exactly like you want. Now the difference with run speed is you buy it in order to chase down your enemy and not be chased down yourself. As long as you are just a little bit faster you gain that benefit. Anything further and you don't gain mo
What map was this? A level three can't just casually ignore towers. I don't know the specifics of your situation but I think it's probable that the best thing to do was to fight him at a tower. You had a health potion to keep you alive that much longer in the worst case while your tower pounded him. He is dependent on having mana for bite, don't forget. I just don't see how he could have the raw output at level three to win with a tower there.
