I knew they looked familiar. Just found the game where I played them, and it was laggy as hell. My PUG team all agreed that it seemed suspicious. It would run fine until you were fighting or running, then it'd go to slow motion. The ONE time it seemed suspicious, it could just be coincidence. That someone else had the exact same problem with the exact same pre-made... I'd advise to steer away from their games. Sounds like cheating t

Ceaze (Ceaze84 iirc?) Guy is a douchebag. Even though I've seen his name on here as "do not play with", did anyway. A) he sucks B) pouts C) threatens to go afk if he's not happy D) spends half the game taunting his own team that he is making them lose on purpose
Same here :) Getting tired of PUGs. Always have that one guy on your team that feeds or is just a selfish jackhole
Winning is, for the most part, eternally tied to fun in my mind. Probably because I grew up as a chess prodigy with demanding parents and coaches. Also, grammar nazi tip: winning and losing are both singular words, but when you attach them with an and, the two concepts merge creating a plural thought. tl;dr - Winning and losing mean absolutely nothing to me

I won a 3v1 fight because a regulus teleported to one of my towers and used a gadget on me. The whole team was sure I was dead, but the +2000 health let me pull off a hammerroll that killed all three.
Was that me? Done that to a few peeps in my "Reg the waterboy" role
Well, you should "talk" a lot in game, though I guess there is "too much". Mostly he just screams at people the whole match. He sucks, too.
Wow. If he's on your team... you might want to ignore messages. Avoid at all costs, total d-bag..
You DID read my mind. Yeah, he kills his lane, takes half your xp... as regulus. So my UB is level 6 and he's 10, but he still cannot hold a lane, nor bothers to snipe. That guy qualifies as an olympic class bus-throwing champ.
Lol, that is actually who I was thinking about
I need to start a list of peeps who throw their teammates under the bus. For clarification, it is REQUIRED, not VOLUNTARY that you, as a team member, help your teammates. -On a retreat, getting behind the tower and staying close, using anything you got to help your teammate make it. Shield, heal, slow, speed, cube, etc. Pulling a "Forrest Gump" and just booking it for the crystal means you're a bus-throwing jackass. -Not saying "b" in a close fight, or any
@ HOrseStrangler, kinda circular logic. Granted UB is very quick with inner beast and all items, I'm looking to use a Anklet, boots combo (maybe even wand) and upgrade to super boots (forgot name, sorry) ASAP. Had a fairly effective regulus today, forgot the name. Bossy SOB though, and mostly concerned with kill stealing. BUT, he bought all upgrades, so I was happy. Not the best regulus though, since he withheld ANY snipes until the killing blow, so he never tu
I broke down and tried a game with reg, played my "waterboy" build idea. We won, fairly easily. I used range and speed to stay with "my DG" (whoever you dedicated support). Used about 2 or 3 universal cubes to heal my DG. 1 time they still died, other 2 they escaped with a "thx!". UB would come after me repeatedly, but with superior speed and a healing potion, I got away 90% of the (died once to him). He died 4 times just chasing me, with Sedna biting h
Quoting abuggeredhedgie, reply 5I think that he means that holding back your snipes until you are sure to get a killsteal is a shitty way to play Reg. Instead, you open with a snipe just as they commit and engage, snipe in the middle if you can, and THEN finish with a snipe, assuming you have tracking bug. I typically let my regs get the kill by backing off whenever a target gets ~500 hp. I'm perfectly content with my assist. However
Look guys/gals, only about 2% of regulus players are good with him. And there is a regulus in every game, nearly every team, on PUG games. Let's just make an assumption and say that you aren't one of the elite. Here are some pointers. I know you're probably new to the game, and the real machinations of fights are a little foreign. -Standing back and sniping does not help your team. Why? Because one of your teammates is tryi
You can't complain if you failed to get stun, regardless of it being painful to your build. You basically said your build is more important and pushed it on him to get it. I guess the best thing would have been to just communicate early on. Easy to say, harder to do, but you gotta start somewhere.
I've tried the BotS on and off for a while now, and it's just not very useful in rook, imho. It's semi-useful at lvls 1-4 perhaps, but speed or BotF would be much better. If you use towers at all, the creeps tend to be dead before you can get a slam in to refill the meter. Your shoulder weapons, plus god's strength also makes it hard to use it on creeps before they're gone. In a DG fight, I tend to be so caught up in slam fakes to avoid a stun, aga
You're right. More than once I've gotten a 0% guy on my team, whom turned out to be damn good, just on hiatus since the reset.
/agree Just hosted a game with a 88% player. No names, but we "love him" :) It was my lowly 44%, a 48%, and an 18% vs his 88%, 54%, 48%. "Let's go! GOGOGOGO" We open it up to 4v4. We get a 33% and he gets a 0%. "NOOOOO! We aren't stacked anymore ! This isn't fair!" Nice enough guy, but get over it.
Quoting synnworld, reply 5. I said. "Oom, shopping. Don't die without me, be carefull, you don't have a healer anymore". about 10 seconds later, I hear "TRIPLE SMITE".
LOL, that'll happen.
There are a lot of favor items and tons of regular items... most of them, I have no clue what they do off. I'm not sure, but it seems that early game, items/abilites do such nuke damage, that is unmitigated, you must go for HP early on. Everytime I look at a "attack speed build", to take advantage of items that will stack, I realize that it won't help me against abilities. I'd like to see more options, to give the game more flavor. A lot of items/fav
QQ to follow: Every pantheon or PUG custom I've played in the last week has been: noob "I'm not a noob, don't worry!", but then really is a noob "hi", game starts, "I dont speak inglish" Cannot/Will not communicate at all, period. Nor do they understand "get flag", "kill creeps", or "Igor, go get chinese take-out" Or they die 5 times in 3 mins, but won't concede, "not yet! We can do this!", as they get pwned by regulus again...
Very true, trig. 99% of reg players are in dreamland. They think the game will win or lose itself, but their job is to get kills and farm creeps, then buy stuff for themselves. I'm about ready to reach through the monitor when I see reg throwing tons of mines on creeps, then here comes a 2v2-- "oom" and they just turn and run.
I've had some major luck with DA as a support build, like regulus SHOULD be done. You had some really good points, though the warp strike and tail is the way to go, imho. Also, I've had luck between BotF and Heaven's Wrath, to look for creeps that aren't being used, to skip warp area, so I can keep my levels even or above the others. DA needs levels bad, obviously. My best luck is to pair up with a tank DG, go in and do a nuke on whoever he is
